There was a time when some of today's easy things were hard for me. Walking, talking, and getting dressed were all new once. With practice, they became easier. That is how learning works — and I am doing it all the time.
The things that feel hard today are just things I am still learning. With time and practice, many of them will become easy too. My brain grows a little every day. Future me will be able to do things that today me is still working on.
I am growing and learning all the time. The people around me notice, and they are proud of me. I can be proud of how far I have come. Keep going, me!
