My name is {{childName}}, and this is my story about sharing. Sharing means taking turns with toys and other things. Sharing can be hard sometimes — many children find it tricky. I can learn sharing step by step, and every bit of practice helps.

When I want something another child has, I can ask, 'Can I have a turn, please?' Then I wait while they finish their turn. Asking first and waiting works well, and friends like it. When it is my turn, someone else might be waiting for me, too.

Some things are very special to me. I do not have to share everything. Before friends visit, my very special things can be put away somewhere safe. The toys that are out are the toys we can all share.

When I share, games are more fun, and friends usually share back with me. Everyone gets a turn, and everyone gets to play. Sharing is one of the ways friendships grow stronger.
